About The Directorate
Directorate Objectives:- Assure the security of legal interest of the Institute
Directorate’s service:- The service of the directorate is nothing else except as mentioned in no.4 of this table. Accordingly,
Prepare action plan for the implementation
Prepare annual plan, performance report monthly, quarterly & prepare budget proposal for the directorate.
Make study & assessment whether improvement is necessary or not on existing legal documents.
Work with coordination with other directorates of the Institute.
Core Responsibility
Consult the Institute on legal & legal related matters.
Litigate & defend the Institute when necessary in any legal institution. And follow up the execution.
Prepare MOU & agreements which made the Institute with third parties.
Prepare draft legal documents when necessary. Give clarification to the stackholders.
Collect, disseminate & introduce existing & new government legal incentive & related legal documents to the sector industries. And follow up execution.
