About The Directorate

Goals of the Directorate

    Establish new working systems, new working culture, reform to make changes timely and to form new change tools and good governance system are also

    taken into  account, so as to develop the institute in managing change and secure good governance.

Directorate Services

  • Facilitation, Monitoring, Evaluation, Training, grievance handling.

Core Responsibility

  • Plan appropriate strategies in coordination with planning team and Produce the directorate annual plan, developed periodic reports and provide to pertinent bodies and implementation monitoring and evaluation of main duties and responsibilities based on the strategy work, to guide people towards change tools

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the process, gathering and reporting on process metrics and Tracking compliance to the process

  • Conducting performance evaluation on the implementation of the institution BSC planned activities.

  • Initiate and coordinate the implementation of the institutional change activities and realization of good governance of the institute by creating active and progressive working relationship with all concerned bodies,

  • Follow-up, support, monitor and evaluate for the proper implementation of change tools, good-governance affairs and customer services in all colleges, faculties, schools, directorates, and offices,

  • Ensure the successful Implementation of change tools (BSC, BPR, Citizen charter, Kaizen) in the institute and evaluate their impact for further reinforcement,

  • Conduct study and propose improved work unit structure and working mechanism/system in collaboration with the concerned bodies.

  • Assess and Scale up best practices at local and international level on the utilization of change tools to expand them further on other work units.

  • Compile and analyze change and good governance activities of periodic report at directorate and institution level and disseminate for all concerned bodies.

  • Work with pertinent stake holders and companies to provide training on the implementation of Change and good governance programs/reform tools to enhance the work force at large.

  • Follow–up the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the service delivery of work units to internal and external customers.

  • Develop guide lines, procedures and training manuals for the better implementation of change tools and good governance practices in different units.

  • Consult on the practical implementation of change tools, procedures, newly destined manuals for all work units of the institution.

  • Provide feedback regarding the practical implementation of change tools and good governance affairs performances of different work units

  • Identify customer complains, and propose better solutions for all concerned bodies,

  • Ensure the existence of transparent and accountable management system in all directorates, companies and offices,

  • Active participation and visibility changes throughout the entire process on the implementation of change management

  • Coaching and supervise Coordinate efforts with other directorates and Integrate change management activities into planning directorate and execution of activities related to institutional change management

  • Works with process teams to ensure that new design elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into end user training content

  • Perform/assess employees and change impact analysis identifying potential project impacts/risks

  • Identify and anticipate institutional challenges and/or resistance; develop risk mitigation plan

  • Apply a structured standards of activities and lead change management activities

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by institutional desire.

  • Assess the change impact and Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify bottlenecks on the process implementation of Change management tools.

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Complete change management assessments Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics Consult and coach project teams

  • Track and report issues, define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and Support change management at the institutional level

  • Supervise all Change tools strategies and perform competitive assessment and analyze all trends to Solve the problems and root cause identification skills and to maintain knowledge on all users and interactive on the change tools.

  • Analyze all trends and perform study on impact on all internal and external customer compliances and maintain knowledge on all perceptions of to ensure compliance to all client requirements.

  • Administer the manpower and budget allocated to the directorate and ensure its proper utilization.
